Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service explain the rules for using GoldenTicketsApp, including the iOS app and the website at goldenticketsapp.com or any GoldenTicketsApp hosting link. By using the service, creating an account, posting an event, buying a ticket, or scanning tickets, you agree to these terms.
2. What GoldenTicketsApp Does
GoldenTicketsApp lets users discover events, create event listings, sell or reserve tickets, buy tickets, upload event photos, manage QR tickets, and scan tickets at the door. Some features may be test, demo, or pre-release features while the product is being built.
3. Accounts
You can browse events as a guest, but you must create or sign into an account to create events, buy tickets, manage sales, scan tickets, or keep tickets tied to your profile. You are responsible for keeping your login information safe and for all activity under your account.
4. Event Organizers
If you create an event, you are responsible for the accuracy of the event title, date, time, venue, description, ticket tiers, photos, capacity, pricing, refund rules, and any requirements such as age limits or ID checks. Do not post events you do not have permission to organize or promote.
5. Buyers and Tickets
Tickets may include QR codes and account-based ownership. Buyers are responsible for checking event details before purchase. Entry decisions, venue rules, safety procedures, and event operations are handled by the organizer or venue unless GoldenTicketsApp states otherwise.
6. Fees, Payments, and Refund Protection
GoldenTicketsApp may charge platform or service fees, including the current model shown in the app: 8% plus $0.99 per paid ticket. Buyers may be offered optional refund protection for $3. Fees and features can change as the product develops. Any payment processor, such as Stripe, may also apply its own terms and verification requirements.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Refund availability depends on the event, organizer policy, payment status, and any refund protection shown at purchase. Refund protection, when offered, may allow eligible cancellation before the deadline shown in the app. The protection fee itself may be non-refundable.
8. User Content
You may upload event photos, names, descriptions, and other content. You keep ownership of your content, but you give GoldenTicketsApp permission to store, display, process, resize, and share it as needed to operate the app and website. Do not upload illegal, misleading, stolen, hateful, explicit, or harmful content.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use GoldenTicketsApp to commit fraud, sell fake tickets, impersonate others, violate laws, interfere with the service, scrape private data, upload malware, bypass security, or post events that create unsafe or illegal activity.
10. Availability
GoldenTicketsApp may be changed, paused, or unavailable from time to time. We may update features, fix issues, remove content, suspend accounts, or stop offering parts of the service when needed.
11. No Guarantee
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that every event will happen, that every listing is accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GoldenTicketsApp is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by organizers, venues, buyers, third-party services, outages, or unauthorized account use.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the app and website grow. If we make important changes, we may update the effective date or provide notice in the app, website, or by email.
